Support our work

Donations directly further our mission to expand access to severe mental illness (SMI) treatment, empower families with knowledge and support, and push for lasting change in a system that too often fails those who need it most.

We are deeply grateful for your compassion, trust, and partnership in this vital work.

More ways to give

Planned Giving: Consider including Treatment Advocacy Center in your estate plans and make a perpetual impact on mental health advocacy for future generations. With planned giving, you can create a legacy of support that ensures our vital work continues to change lives.

Gifts of Stock: Donate appreciated stock to Treatment Advocacy Center and make a substantial impact on mental health advocacy. By giving stocks, you can support our programs while potentially enjoying tax benefits for yourself.

Donor-Advised Funds:  Utilize a Donor-Advised Fund to support Treatment Advocacy Center and engage in strategic philanthropy. With a DAF, you can help advance severe mental illness advocacy initiatives, programs, and life-saving support.

Charitable Distribution from Your IRA:  If you’re 70½ or older, consider making a charitable distribution from your individual retirement account to Treatment Advocacy Center. By doing so, you can fulfill your required minimum distribution while supporting our crucial mission.

Workplace Giving:  Join your colleagues in supporting mental health advocacy and eliminating barriers to treatment for those with severe mental illness and their loved ones by participating in our workplace giving program. Through payroll deductions and potential matching gift programs, you can amplify your impact and create a culture of support for TAC.

Honoring a loved one

When you create a tribute page in memory of your loved one, you keep their legacy alive by sharing their journey with others. You receive a personal webpage and link on TAC’s website, which you can customize with your own story and photos.

Donations made to your page in memory of your loved one directly support critical research into severe mental illness, advocacy efforts to eliminate barriers to treatment, and critical resources for families and loved ones.

If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the development team at development@treatmentadvocacycenter.org.
