In this paper, which was published in Administration and Policy in Mental Health and Mental Health Services Research, Treatment Advocacy Center and researchers from Northeast Ohio Medical University partner to call on research institutions, funders and publishers to further investigate the practice of AOT and identify several key gaps in the current literature base relating to the effectiveness and implementation of assisted outpatient treatment.
